Every model of Bulkhead we manufacture begins with the disassembly of an original example, this allows us to accurately scan, measure and cad draw all the single components. This then enables us to create a true to original specification product of unrivalled quality.

To build a Bulkhead that is going to be strong and have maximum corrosion resistance it is necessary to use the correct structural grade CR4 steel and to use the original type structural fastenings together with spot welding for complete originality. Our unique jig assembly system ensures correct tolerances are maintained.

When carrying out a high end rebuild of your Landrover it is most important that all the components fit first time as they should, Our Bulkheads come with come with all the correct model brackets fitted as standard, available in bare metal, ecoted or galvanised and are restoration ready requiring only painting before fitting. This can be a big cost saving.
